What is ProjectMe?

ProjectMe is a behavioral health program that provides therapy services to clients either in-person or virtually from the comfort of their home or office via a smart device. Services are provided by certified and licensed therapists on a HIPPA compliant platform to protect the client's privacy and confidentiality. Our therapists are only licensed to treat clients who are physically located in Arizona

How does virtual behavioral health therapy work?

ProjectMe is a virtual behavioral health program that provides therapy services to clients from the comfort of their home or office via a smart device. Services are provided by certified and licensed therapists on a HIPPA compliant platform in order to protect the client's privacy and confidentiality. Our professional team of counselors at ProjectMe help facilitate growth and empower individuals to live fuller happier lives. We work with individuals who are struggling to reconnect, may be feeling symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and loss, isolation, low self-esteem, hopelessness, or simply feeling stuck and not knowing how to move forward.

What insurance plans do you accept?

ProjectMe facilitates private insurance plans, AHCCCS plans and worker's compensation plans. Click here to view Insurance Plans ProjectMe accepts.

Do you accept any insurances other than those in Arizona?

ProjectMe is only in-network with Insurance plans in Arizona. We do not accept out-of-state plans at this time.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What is the purpose of an evaluation?

The evaluation allows for each client to get to know their therapist and for the therapist to get to know each client. After the evaluation, the therapist will develop a comprehensive plan to help each client meet their goals. It can include information on your employment status, family relationships, social habits, and other lifestyle aspects to help determine the client's treatment plan.

What are some of the behavioral health concerns can ProjectMe help with?

Can you help with children?

Currently, ProjectMe is for those 18 years or older.

What is the cash pay amount?

A 60-minute evaluation plan costs 200$. For more information email. There is a 4-Program Bundle Discount Plan that includes 4-Individual Counseling Sessions and 4-Skills Training Sessions for a cost of $680 (15% Discount when pay upfront). How do I find out if I am covered under my insurance plan?

Please fill out the online scheduling form and include your insurance information. Our team will then verify the insurance benefits to let you know your obligation before the first scheduled evaluation appointment.

Am I able to speak to someone prior to scheduling an appointment?

How many times per week do I attend?

After the evaluation, a treatment plan is created based on each client's goals. The treatment plan will determine the frequency of appointments each week.

What hours are you open?

ProjectMe's virtual hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Do I have direct contact with my therapist during my course of treatment?

You can reach you therapist indirectly by clicking here. They will return any questions or concerns within 24 hours.

Do you have a psychiatrist? Do you prescribe meds?

No, we do not have psychiatrists and our behavioral health providers do not have prescribing authority.

Do you do Psych Evaluations?

No, ProjectMe does not do psych evaluations.

Do you offer family therapy?

No, ProjectMe does not offer family counseling

Do you offer couples therapy?

No, ProjectMe does not offer couples counseling

What happens if I do not want to move forward after my evaluation?

There is no obligation to continue program after the evaluation. It is important that our clients find a program that's a good fit for reaching their goals.
